What to Expect

How long is a worship service?

In total, a service is about 60 minutes in length. We cherish this time as we gather for fellowship, praise, prayer and reflection on Scripture.

What’s the culture like?

We are a small church community and as such you will find that most people actively engage one another at church and many people socialize beyond worship. We love the warmth of Jesus and hope that you will find that we are friendly and welcoming. Each of our congregations represent the diversity of our communities.

How should l dress?

Feel free to come join us however you like! You will see a variety of styles of dress at our church. Some people dress up, some dress casually, and some wear jeans and shorts in the summer. Our concern as a church community does not focus on this type of thing, and we want participants in our community to feel comfortable as they worship.

How often is Communion celebrated?

Communion is shared the first Sunday of every month, and may be offered on additional holy days. You do not have to be a member of our church or a Methodist to receive communion. As this is Christ’s table, it is open to anyone who longs to live in response to Jesus’ gift of grace and love.
